Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

What qualifies: if the template is broken, doesn’t work as described, or you can’t access the download due to a technical issue on our end, we’ll refund you. If you simply change your mind, that’s okay too, as long as you haven’t used the template for a paid client project.

How to request: email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the refund. We may ask for a screenshot or details to understand the issue.

How you get your money back: once approved, we process the refund through PayPal. It usually appears in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

What is not refundable: refunds are not offered after 14 days, or if you’ve used the template for a client project (since you’ve already derived value). Also, if you’ve shared or resold the template files, you’re not eligible for a refund.
