Behind the Scenes: How We Design Our Templates (And Why It Matters)

August 26, 2026

Ever wonder how we decide what goes into our templates? It’s not random. We start by digging through social media, design blogs, and what’s trending in the real world. If we see a color palette on Insta, a font in a brand campaign, or a layout in a magazine, we take note.

Then we sketch. We build low-fi wireframes, testing how content flows on each slide. We think about the stuff you’ll actually put in — bullet points, images, charts — and design around that, not just pretty mockups.

After a few rounds, we move to high-fidelity in Figma. We obsess over alignment, spacing, and typography. We test every template in PowerPoint and Google Slides to make sure it doesn’t break when you edit it. Because nothing’s worse than a template that looks great in the preview but falls apart when you change a font.

Finally, we package it with a quick-start guide. We want you to feel confident from the moment you download. That’s why we update templates regularly — so you’re never stuck with something outdated.
